Roman Chamomile comes from flower heads that contain a high amount of esters making it antispasmodic and extremely soothing to the central nervous system. It is a very gentle and non toxic oil.

Lavender, also a very gentle and non toxic oil, is considered to be one of the most calming of the essential oils. The many amazing properties of this oil help to balance the psyche and central nervous system.

Sweet Marjoram with chemical components of terpene alcohol and esters give this sedative oil its calming and grounding properties.
