- Frisky Pet’s standard delivery charge, including packaging, is a flat fee of $5.00 which covers product orders up to 3kg and a tracking service. (NZ only). Orders of $100 or more are delivered FREE anywhere in mainland New Zealand. (Note: this does not apply to rural delivery addresses). If you are paying by direct credit, please allow 2-3 working days for your payment to show up in our bank account. We will despatch your order when the payment is through. International: - We will ship to Australia for retailers. We partner with a shipping company in NZ and we can obtain quotes for you from them, or you can make your own shipping arrangements. International Customers please be aware that any customs charges or conditions applicable in your state/ locality/ or country, are your responsibility. Any customs duties, sales taxes and other regulatory charges are payable by the purchaser. Please be aware that any registration claims regarding any products are only valid in New Zealand. .
