The water collars are individually made in America, using high density foam, covered in 100% cotton fabric. Floatation calculations, equal to human floatation requirements determined by The United States Coast Guard, are strictly followed.

How to Attach the HedsUpPets Watercollar

1. First thread your dog's own collar through the loops of the watercollar. The watercollar attaches together behind his/her head.

2. With your dog facing you, holding the water collar with the logo label facing to your left, secure his/her own collar in place.

3. Bend the short strap (of the two straps on your right) down to meet the "anchor" (the strip of Velcro-like loop on the left, inside of the collar).

4. Then, fold the single strap on your left over to match the velcro-like hook on the right side.

5. Fold the locking strap back to the left over the top, and you're done. Your pet is now secure!!
